The Ask: O'Regan's needs a cohesive branding strategy that unifies its various sub-brands under a single, overarching identity. The challenge FMG is proud to help with is creating a consistent brand presence while allowing each sub-brand to maintain its unique characteristics and appeal simultaneously.

The Approach: Creating a unified brand with multiple sub-brands requires a delicate balance of consistency and individuality. We developed a comprehensive branding strategy aligned with O'Regan's core values and vision. This foundation allowed us to craft guidelines that ensure every sub-brand remained true to the main brand's identity while highlighting its unique selling points.

Through continuous design work, we create versatile and distinctive visual elements and marketing collateral. By standardizing key design aspects—such as colour palettes, typography, and logo usage—across all sub-brands, we maintained a cohesive look and feel. At the same time, we introduced specific variations for each sub-brand to reflect its unique personality and target audience. This approach enabled us to differentiate each sub-brand while keeping them interconnected within the O'Regan's brand family.

The Result: Our work on O'Regan's branding has created a consistent and professional image across all sub-brands. This has made it easier for customers to recognize and trust the iconic O'Regan's name. Each sub-brand also has its own unique identity to meet different customer needs. This project reinforced the importance of strategic branding, ensuring that every decision is carefully thought out and, even more carefully, designed.
